Occasionally, you may require an on-site visit from a copier service engineer when a repair is necessary. We have copier service operations available locally that are ready to dispatch an experienced engineer when needed.
Because of a well-defined parts distribution system, and the strategic placement of service depots throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, we can provide parts locally or overnight, thus minimizing any potential downtime. With local offices in NYC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and throughout NJ, PA, and MD, there's always local resources ready to support you. Some of the additional advantages our copier service provides are rapid call acknowledgement and total service call closure, free software upgrades and patch installation, and app support via a toll-free hotline.
In addition to using only factory-certified personnel and the use of OEM parts, we do not make incentive payments to copier service technicians to contain parts or shorten the call duration. We want our technicians focused on providing the best level of service, so we do not compensate them for “not replacing” parts or rushing a fix.

Standard Training: Our flexible hands-on training is targeted to small groups.
Large Group Training: Training can be delivered on-site, auditorium style for larger groups. Instructors will give an overview of the equipment features and functionality.
On-Line Training: For our customers who prefer on-demand training we offer flexibility to engage in training when and where it is convenient for the user. Internet training sessions are available 24/7 through Xerox.com and provide you with the ability to initiate training when and where you require.
Webinar Training: For our customers who enjoy technology based training, but also prefer training to be instructor led, we offer the best of both worlds. Virtual classroom training can be provided via Webinar.
