Although it isn't new news, the pandemic and its impacts are still felt today and will continue to weigh heavy on our supply chain due to circumstances out of our control. Current issues are affecting CDS' ability to stock particular MFPs, receive certain parts needed for repairs and regular maintenance, and supply toner and other consumables to our existing customers.

The good news is that our team:

  • Successfully negotiated large buyouts with our vendors to keep more units in stock and ready for you, our customers.
  • Continues to find more workaround fixes to common problems and stock shortages to keep you up and running as much as possible.
  • Maintains constant communications with both our suppliers and our customers to make sure no one is left in the dark.
